- What is the difference between an Art Print, a Giclee Print, and a Giclee Canvas?

Art Prints are printed on traditional high quality Matte Cover Paper.

Giclee Prints and Canvases are gallery and museum quality prints. The process of giclee eliminates dot patterns of traditional printers and produces a much closer resemblance to the original artwork (aka awesome). A canvas print is the artwork printed on canvas using the same Giclee process.

- What materials do you use to create your art? 

Depending on the project, I range from watercolor for highly detailed work to Prismacolor and Copic art markers for quick fashion sketches. I do not use any materials that are prone to smudging except for Palomino Blackwing Pencil. 

- Do you accept returns or refunds? 

 I cannot accept returns or refunds of prints unless the artwork itself has been damaged through shipping. For each commissioned project, I work alongside you very closely to be sure you are completely happy with the work before payment. Any and all changes or edits can be made ahead of time or minor edits can be made when the final digital print is emailed. 

- How are my items shipped? 

Items will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail. The print or custom piece will be signed, numbered, and packaged in a protective sheeting with cardboard backing. Prints and custom work are shipped in a rigid envelope. Orders will be mailed out on a weekly basis. 

- What forms of payment do your accept? 

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal. 

- How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

-Do I need PayPal to purchase from this store? 

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account, you may utilize it.
